Can you resist a warm muffin for breakfast? Or a muffin with a smoothie as a snack? If you’ve got a sweet tooth like me, the answer is obvious, no! Sometimes though we don’t always go for the best option, often choosing an industrial made one that’s full of added sugars. But, don’t worry we’ve got an alternative for you that is easy to make, highly recommended and best of all is gluten-free. Just mix together some eggs, banana, berries, and nuts ( in the video I used almonds, but also hazelnuts or pine nuts give these a great flavor) oh and don’t forget the star ingredient some vegan vanilla protein powder for that extra edge and that’s it, done, you’ve got some fluffy delicious muffins.
